One plan covers everything you do on API360.
A plan decides what you can do; a tier inside it decides how much traffic you get. A free plan to start, 2 paid plans across 6 tiers, and a sandbox on every one of them with no time limit. Prices exclude VAT.

The calls you make to free products in the marketplace. Every paid plan has an allowance for them, and the tier inside Standard is what raises it.
The calls your consumers make to your products. This allowance exists only on the plans carrying private products — it is the line between using the marketplace and running one inside it.
6 prices, 2 plans, one shape.
The card shows the entry tier; this table shows the rest. A tier changes no feature inside its plan — it changes the volume alone.

The same list, plan by plan.
The plans are cumulative: a capability is ticked from the plan that introduces it and every plan after it. Where a plan raises a number rather than unlocking a switch, the number is in the cell.

Everything about the invoice.
What is the difference between a plan and a tier?
A plan decides what you can do; a tier inside it decides how much traffic you get. You move between tiers inside your plan without a single feature changing — and you move between plans when you need a capability, not volume.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. On Free you can publish up to 3 products and build 2 applications with the same tools as Standard, and no card. What it does not include is subscribing to marketplace products, free or BYOK; that starts with Standard.
How is a single “request” counted, and what are the two allowances?
Every successful call in production counts as one request. The two allowances are independent: your own calls to free products draw down your allowance, and your consumers’ calls to your products draw down the consumer allowance. Sandbox calls are never counted.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We alert you at 80% and at 100% of your allowance. Past the limit, requests move automatically to volume pricing (SAR 0.014 per request) with no interruption — no surprises and no cut-off.
How is a mid-period upgrade calculated?
Pro rata: you pay the difference between the two plans for the months remaining in your cycle, not a second full price, and your renewal date stays as it is. The new capabilities work from the moment you pay.
Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated from the date of change; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle — with no exit fee.
How are provider-charged APIs billed?
Some APIs carry a fee set by their provider — shown on each API’s page before you subscribe. Their usage is added to the same monthly invoice: one unified bill however many entities are involved.
Do the prices include VAT?
Listed prices exclude tax. VAT (15%) is added to the invoice, and you receive a tax invoice compliant with ZATCA requirements.
