Privacy policy

At API360 we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains — in plain language — what data we collect, what we do with it, and who may access it.

1. The data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Account information: name, email address, organisation
• Usage information: requests sent, IP addresses, times of use
• Payment information: processed by licensed financial partners — we do not retain card details

2. How we use your data

For four purposes only:

• Operating the service and ensuring its quality
• Protecting the platform from unlawful use
• Contacting you about your account and the service
• Complying with Saudi regulatory requirements

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted entirely inside Saudi Arabia, in data centres licensed by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission. No data is transferred outside the Kingdom under any circumstances.

4. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request its correction or deletion
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with SDAIA
